Each project in the decoration and installation area has an assigned project manager and an assistant. Both are the contact persons for the respective customer throughout the RollOut. They are responsible for the entire organisation and coordination of the project from planning and execution to data evaluation and feedback to the customer.
All decoration and assembly work is recorded on site and, if desired, documented by digital photo. On the basis of this feedback, the customer receives an exact report on the material used at the respective location.
If desired, the data can be entered in a database and used for any future RollOut for material and route planning.
The data management depends on the respective specifications and requests of the customer.
